Exceptional!
I was traveling on a road trip and had developed an ear infection. We werepassing through Santa Rosa and found Sunrise Medical Group. I did not have an appointment and stopped in. From my first experience with an outstanding receptionist who arranged to have me seen, to the intake attendant, Pablo, who was respectful, efficient and attentive to Dr. Gonzales and his assistant I experienced extraordinary care. My RXs were sent ahead to Santa Fe as I was traveling. When the pharmacy was unable to fill one of the prescription, I contacted Pablo who in turn contacted Dr Gonzales who responded quickly with an equivalent RX. AND on top of that:! Pablo followed up via phone with me to confirm the pharmacy had received the RX. It was a top notch experience from the moment I walked in the door to getting the care I needed!
