CHRISTUS St. Vincent Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists

After 6 months of dealing with Saint Vincent's EN&T Specialists. I have finally given up trying to get a clogged left sinus taken care of. There is something definitely wrong with this clinic. There is a strong disconnect with the Doctors, Staff, Surgery scheduling and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. It's interesting that I was charged with $480. new patient fee and after another $400. spent. I am left to go too another EN&T Clinic to have this taken care of.

I came to get a second opinion on my ear pain that I've been having for 2 months. I drove all the way from Taos for the PA to not introduce himself and then didn't even bother to actually examine me. Literally shoved the otoscope and didn't bother to look around and told me 'I see people with ear problems all the time' so rude. Didn't bother listen to me about the pain I was having scoffed in my face and told me I needed to go to a dentist. I tried to explain I already went to the dentist and he walked out and didn't bother to actually listen to me. I do not suggest the PA at Christus St Vincent ENT Specialist.
