They were super fast. I had a small issue and they were able to take care of me quickly

At first, I found the staff to be polite and the appointment went okay. But then they wanted additional appointments or even to charge for phone calls to report the results of my yearly medical tests. They are really in it for the money, and I don't recommend them. Plus, when I asked for a free report of the test results, the appointment person was rude and cold. He wanted the money and that was it. He claimed all medical practices charge for a phone call to report the test results, but, of course, test results are available immediately for free on My Chart. For me, they were no better than the big guys (no worse either), but they charge a lot more for their services. I decided to stay with Presbyterian because at least they are sensitive to my financial situation. (And I'm covered by Medicare, so it's not like I'm uninsured.)
