Office staff in Las Cruces are rude. I was trying to get labs done and they didn't send the orders. They sent me to Walgreens to get labs. There are no labs done at any Walgreens in Las Cruces. I live in Las Cruces and they sent me for a follow up in El Paso. I get here and the receptionist commented that my appointment could have been done in Las Cruces. Be prepared to go through hoops. The doctor is very good. I just wish the office in Las Cruces had better management.
