BE INFORMED
My physician referred me here. I talked with the office no less than 3X about my upcoming appointment. I drove almost 2 hours on the date only to be turned away at the door due to not having a COVID-19 vaccination card (October 2024). Also beware they only take certain insurance coverage. I was prepared to pay cash and send in a claim to my 2 insurance companies; however, I was not prepared for the inept handling of my appointment that never happened. Be informed because the office staff will not inform you first. This was in October 2024, not October 2020.
