Cataract surgery
Went in, it was like in a production line waiting to get catarac surgery. Got an infection, eyes are extremely sensitive with sharp pain and pus discharge. been trying to reach anyone for 2 weeks with no luck. Triage nurse does not have her voice mail set up. This has been I er two weeks and still when i call to let them know, i either cant get thru,, phone gets disconnected or when i do get someone on the line they tell me that I would have to go thru the triage nurse. Today, after 2 weeks, got thru and they said they will send a message to the triage nurse. I guess the waiting game begins again. Let's see how long before the nurse actually calls.
