Not Dr Hsi’s practice anymore

After 25 years, I got threatened for a less than $10 bill, and their failures to apply insurance properly. They were firing me as a patient! I’ve been with the practice longer than anyone there at this point! Turn over at this practice since 2020 is clearly a reflection of the office staff. The rudest, most unhelpful, combative, don’t answer phones, etc. Rx wont get refilled, but the automated phone system says have your pharmacy submit it. But they don’t respond! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
