I went in for a routine cleaning. The staff ran a bunch of imaging processes beyond normal x-rays, and while it was unusual, they didn't warn me that this would cost HUNDREDS of dollars out of pocket. These tests were unnecessary and not covered by insurance. The dentist then tried to upsell me on a bunch of 'therapies with healing factors' (what a bunch of pseudo-wellness mumbo jumbo) right after telling me that flossing more regularly would address any issues.Run, don't walk, away from this place.
