What a Joke
This place is a Joke! Made an appointment to make sure my sinuses were clear. I waited about 10 minutes and was led to exam room. Waited another 10 minutes. The “doctor” entered and was very polite. She prepared the exam tool (same as those used to look into ears and nose). She spent about 30 seconds per side, and said “looks clear, maybe you have a virus I can prescribe amoxicillin”. The total visit lasted around 10 minutes. My insurance (UHC) was billed $844!! My insurance stated the billing was for a Surgical Procedure! This has to be a joke. A nasal exam is considered “Surgical “? Next when I called for an explanation of billing, (Melissa) gave nothing but ghetto attitude. After paying my portion of $511, I asked to speak to her manager. I waited on hold for quite some time (probably intentionally). When her manager (Michael) answered, I explained my frustration with Melissa. All he did was defend her and her attitude. He said “I know her personally and she is nice”. I reiterate

Go anywhere else
I was desperate to find a pediatric ENT and opted to come here because I didn’t want my son to continue to be in such bad shape for an additional 6 months while we waited for an appointment. When NSI finally answers their phone (they don’t return messages, don’t bother leaving one), you can get an appt pretty quick. Staff is friendly, PA isn’t allowed to do anything without MD approval, which I understand, but “I’ll talk to the MD and get back to you next week” turned into me reaching out to the PA and the MD 16 times in the following 5 weeks and FINALLY getting a surgery scheduled that included 3-4 procedures. Surgery day, one procedure was done (adenoids removed) which wasn’t even the biggest issue for my son! My son is not any better than the first time I called! This was 7 months ago, has 1 follow up and NO return call! But guaranteed they call every week, right on schedule for their money!!! That is all this place is in business for!! DO NOT recommend!!
