Have to find a new dentist because of office staff

I never ever like to write a bad review but unfortunately I am so upset with something that happened today that I have no choice. I do nothing but RAVE about my dentist, Dr. Kobos and Academy Dental Care. Dr. Kobos has always been amazing and kind, always explained things well and always worked with me with any problems that I’ve had. I’ve never worried about going to the dentist after finding her. I’ve referred many people to her as well because I can’t say enough nice things about her. Unfortunately after today I feel like I need to look for a new dentist solely because of the office staff! I had called a few days ago because I am in excruciating pain…they said they had time for a cleaning and to have her take a look at what’s wrong today at 9:45am. I recently had surgery and I had a complication this morning and was very sick because of it (on top of being in pain). When I left my house I started going to the Chatham office and then remembered I had to go to Westfield. I cal
