A not happy visit.
A customer of many years. This is about the office--Hwy 36- in West Long Branch--the dental CRDH--Rania--super fantastic in all manners and skills. The office staff underscore. They messed me up with appointments, arrangements and courtesy to make it better. This place has changed to the not good. Save your money and trip. Search for a better place. Do research first. The front office staff can improve in many ways. At work found out today--others have had similar negative experiences. Kudos to Rania the CRDH--valuable employee. She is excellent in all work. A 10+ dental hygienist.
