The Eye Exam Group

I showed up without an appointment with my daughter. She was seen by Dr Alvarez. No one else was in the waiting room yet he seamed extremely rushed. My daughter had red eyes for months. We thought maybe it was allergies or the fact of playing soccer on turf fields. Spare of the moment I figured let's go make sure it isn't something else. Dr Alvarez was extremely rushed. Wouldn't really answer my questions, LOOKED INSIDE HER EYES, and said they were healthy and just gave her some eye drops that just didn't do anything. Two weeks later while on vacation she just couldn't take it anymore so I took her for a second opinion. Turns out she had EYE MITES. Doctor said she must of been like that for months. How does Dr Alvarez not see that ??? She was prescribed medication and within a day she finally had beautiful white eyes again. Needless to say I will not be returning. Between horrible scheduling, feeling rushed all the time and missing something like this .... No Thank You !!!
