This practice has deteriorated
I’ve always been very pleased with Dr. Donovan. However, he is no longer working clinically with the practice and I was very unhappy with the service both from a competency standpoint and from billing. I paid over $400 for new orthotics. Two weeks after receiving them, I received a bill at home With a red sticker on the envelope saying I was delinquent in payment. That was not true and is in fact a HIPAA violation. WhenI called the office. They said they were checking get back to me which they did not do. Upon a second call, they admitted it was their mistake and barely apologized. I will not be back to this practice.
