Eye Associates

I have been trying to order contacts for 4 months!!! The one rep who apparently handles this is a nightmare to deal with. She does not return calls and if you do get to talk to her she complains about all the work she has and how she has no time to handle ordering your contacts. I have asked in many occasions to speak to a manager and no one ever calls. When I leave a message asking for someone else to call and help me I only then get a call from the one rep who clearly can’t to her job. My insurance has paid for the lens months ago so I am stuck waiting. For 4 months I have worn old and Ill fitting lens waiting. Don’t know where to go from here since noone at this office seems to care at all.
