Totowa Pediatrics

After being with this practice over 15 years the service has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. Office staff is rude all the time. They are not helpful & resist getting info from charts. Even though the office is open they ask to call back. Dr Lew & Dr A are good, although I hardly get in with Dr A in Totowa. All others are just ok. Poor bedside manners & don’t take time during visit. They also try to charge you for services unnecessarily so watch your bills. New location is nice but that’s about it. Go elsewhere.

Apparently children coughing and throwing up means they just need an inhaler. Will not bring business to people who don't have time for children and rush people out the door.

Doctors are professional and take the time to talk to you and explain in detail. I have been to other offices where doctors are in a hurry to see the number of patients and don't even have time to talk or say engage in any meaningful way.

Unfortunately I will stop coming to this offices the staff that are here are rude and nasty and unprofessional is very sad after 13 years coming to the same offices stop going because the staff they have are not professional every time that I call they place the phone call on Hold and I have to include one of the DR Male that work here .. I don’t recommend it to nobody at all up to they change the staff they have and the DR too
