A cold, uncaring practice

Doctor Howard refused to see my son, who is recovering from surgery from a urological problem. No reason given, just had the receptionist tell me the the doctor 'will not accommodate him'. It wasn't a scheduling problem, since she wasn't told to schedule him for an appointment even though they are booking far in the future. He just deemed my son unworthy of being seen. That's the mark of a bad doctor. Cold, uncaring and not worth our time.
