Practice

I have been waiting since Jan 10th for a prescription to build bone. I call every day. No one returns the message. I have sent emails to no avail. The toms river office must be closed because they never answer the phone. I call the freehold office only to be transferred to a voicemail. On feb 12, I was told to call bcbs to find out my specialty pharmacy. I did that even though it is their job and should have been done back in january. I called back with the pharmacy name & number but had to leave a message again. I called again on February 27 and was told they still did not know where to get the prior authorization. So, in 48 days, they have done nothing to get me the medication. I have never had a medical professional so inept at their job. I did file a complaint against them and will find a medical practice that knows how to do their job in a professional manner. How is any medical professional not able to return a patients phone call for weeks. Worst Dr's office I have ever been.
