Dr Visit OK but PA Visit NO
I met with Dr Lehrfeld and felt he had genuine interest in dealing with my issues and ordered some tests. After then tests were conducted, I was scheduled to meet with a PA (Megan) to go over my results. She arrived late and I felt she had no interest in my issues. She did not answer my questions to my satisfaction and did not walk in with my test results -- I wonder if she even looked at them. I would have preferred to talk to the doctor. (Their patient portal doesn't work either.)

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I have been strung along in the Sewell location for almost 3 months now. I was putt on medication for my symptoms without any tests being performed to get a diagnosis which made my symptoms so much worse. I finally had a bladder scan done, and found that the medicine was the complete opposite of what I needed. I was then scheduled for 2 tests that keep getting canceled and rescheduled for weeks later, only to be canceled again. You can't even call and speak to a doctor to ask a question, without being forced into making another appointment. The people who you speak to are rude and condescending and of no help. I will never go back to this place.

They lack empathy towards the patients. Patients are just $$$ to them. If you are a couple of minutes late then cancel your appointment, but if you are on time, then you can wait. Gave a bad review and they dropped me as their patient. I got censored. Try to reach one of their drs. Not easy. Not a good company as a whole.
