Be extremely cautious visiting this office. They will not disclose that your insurance is not covered and that you might be out of network. Ended up receiving a massive bill as they were out of network.

Professional and personable office staff and techs. Surgeon explains everything thoroughly and does a great job. I had an infected wisdom tooth that could not be pulled due to roots wrapped around nerve. She did a coronectomy and after a few sore days all is well. Awesome doctor! Highly recommend Dr Grewal and her staff.

Daughter had her wisdom teeth out and they were fantastic! From the front desk to the doctor I could not have been happier! Super nice and extremely kind and caring for my anxious daughter.

Dr Grewal and the entire staff were awesome. I had to have teeth extracted on 2 separate occasions a month apart. Their most important priority (besides pulling the teeth) was to make sure I was totally comfortable. They were very through explaining everything and answered all of my questions. Dr Grewal even called me when I was in California a week later to make sure I was okay. I have recommended Dr Grewal to several people already and will continue to. Thanks again !

Dr Grewal and assistant Michelle did a great job with my recent tooth fragment extraction. Procedure was explained all questions answered. They also helped with other issues I had. I was made comfortable and procedure went quickly with no issues. Entire staff was courteous and friendly.. I appreciated follow up phone call at home to ensure all was OK .. Would highly recommend Dr G and staff at Hackettstown office to anyone.

My dentist of 20 years referred me to them. Was told molar extraction is $705. Was not provided with breakdown. I was told they will obtain x-rays from my dentist and specialist who performed root canal, which they did. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes. I completed online registration. I was brought in and was directed to x-ray machine for ANOTHER one ($165) and am not sure why. Extraction was straight forward and provided x-rays should have been sufficient. X-tra money? Sat in dentist chair and was bombarded with 4-5 forms to sign including one where i initialed more than 20 places. Dentist comes in and I was asked if I had “laughing gas” before. I said yes many years ago. Asked if I want it I said sure. I WAS NOT told that it costs $160 for 30 minutes. Procedure took less than 10 minutes (was charged for 30 minutes). After calling to dispute the charge I was told “sorry” the girls should’ve told you the cost. Nothing can be done cause I “signed” the forms agreeing to it. Tough luck!!

Dr. Gruwal & Hackettstown staff are great. All of them are friendly and welcoming and really put you at ease. The doctor and dental assistant spend as much time as necessary to explain the procedure and answer your questions. I haven’t received that much time and attention from a doctor or staff in a long time. Highly recommended them.

Dr Neha Grewal is professional and very friendly. I was little nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted but she and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions throughout the process which I liked very much. I definitely recommend Dr Grewal!
