I saw Dr Codjoe on February and was extremely appreciative. I found Dr Codjoe to be thorough, patient, and quite detailed in explaining what my shoulder problems were. He recommended surgery and I felt I was in great hands. Later that day I realized I forgot to ask him a question, I called the office and left a message for Dr Codjoe and his PA, no call back. Two days later I called the surgery scheduler to schedule, no call back. I called the scheduler two weeks later and received a call back the next day. I missed that call, and called back immediately, and left a voice message, and no call back.Last week I called the office and left a message for the office manager to call me, no call back. I was hoping this might help me feel more confident in moving ahead with my shoulder surgery. As a result of these persistent patterns of not following through, I reluctantly found a surgeon at Rothman.
