Shore Heart Group

Doors were locked and lights out when I arrived 6 minutes early for my 8:30 AM appointment on 2 12. Waited until after 8:30. I never got a call or text to change the time. The Shore Heart Group text messaging system worked on 2 10 to confirm and remind me to bring copay, insurance card, photo ID, etc. Man walking hall said we open at 9:30 AM and that 'they called'. Waited in parking lot and saw other people entering and leaving in frustration. Came back at 9:13 and doors were open. Staff behind the reception glass were yucking it up while an elderly man sat in the waiting room. He said people are in there but ignored him. He went up to reception window and was ignored again. I went up and got ignored, so I clearly asked what time is this practice opening today? Response: 10 AM. I stated then my appointment is cancelled. Response: I could say I'm sorry, but I don't create the weather. I indicated my appointment is cancelled and I will not pay $120 fee. Response: Good luck.
