Good Luck Getting a Human on the Phone
Got a call last week that a spot they biopsied was cancerous and I need to have a small surgical procedure now to clean out the margins. This is not the first time I have tried calling their office for days on end, only for the message to say that the office is closed in the middle of the day. I am a teacher and cannot answer the phone just any time of the day. It's absolutely crazy that a medical practice can only call you and not accept calls.
