I am not pleased to write this review today. Dr. Dinani is a fairly competent physician and her service was adequate when her practice started. Over the past few years, I have experienced a series of problems with Synergy Health Advisors though and overall I am extremely disappointed with the entire team. There have been numerous times when messages have been ignored entirely and prescriptions refills have been skipped. Ten days ago I spoke with her staff about a refill and they reviewed everything in the system said it would be sent to the pharmacy. Nothing was ever done about it and I was never notified that there would be any problem receiving the script. When I called today, I was told that it would not be sent and I need to see the doctor first. Again, I would never have even known of any problem without calling. Numerous other times there have been billing problems. On some occasions the office charged me cash for things which my insurance should be paying for. I also h
