Horrible service since Atlanticare took over

When Atlanticare was Family Medicine Center, it was much better. Previously, you spoke to someone and made a appointment, now they have to contact the Doctor and get back to you. It took twenty days to get a prescription for a yearly test. The hours have decreased as well as the Doctors seeing less patients a day. They went from seeing 25 a day to 18. They are bogged down with paper work which takes up patient time. Much longer time to get an appointment. Sick visits are non existent. This what happens when medical practices join with larger organizations.
