Encore Dental of Jackson

I have no concerns with the dentist working at this location. However I was charged $280. For a root canal which my In-network provider told me they paid for and I was not to be changed anything. I contacted the office in June 2023 and they told me they will look into it and speak to a manager. A month went by and I didn’t hear back. I called again in July spoke to a different person who told me the same but they would get back to me that same day. I didn’t hear back once again from them. I sent numerous emails during the 2 months with no replies. I emailed corporate and again no reply. Going forward I am contacting my insurance company for any work I’m getting done and verifying how much the out of pocket would be if any and suggest everyone else do the same.
