I wouldn't recommend this Doctor or practice to anyone. Dr. Alyssa cares about money more than she cares about the well-being of others. She will nickel and dime everything she can. As other reviews have mentioned, Extremely poor hygiene for a pediatrician's office. The toys in the waiting room are not sanitized as often as they should be. The carpet in the waiting room is filthy, as are the floors. There is no air circulation especially in the summer time. The bathroom is beyond disgusting. Treatment rooms are disgusting. Spider webs in corners, dirty floors with caked on mess. The condition of the practice is also a reflection of your care. For years her staff would rotate on a weekly basis. And not because Of work, but because they were being replaced with new employees. You can’t get anyone on the phone half the time and if you do you are put on hold. There is no one keeping track of bookkeeping, payments, etc. so beware of making payments and the payments not being applied
