Wise Family Eye Center

I have never before reviewed a business, but this is among the rudest treatments I have ever experienced.The staff was unfriendly when I booked the appointment. The eye exam by Dr. Wise was unexceptional, but things went downhill when I tried to use my prescription elsewhere, and couldn't because it lacked the pupillary distance measurement. This place is probably not the only one that omits this important detail in order to prevent you from going elsewhere. However, I had at the time told them that I needed to order an inexpensive pair of spare glasses online in to be able to let them send my current frames away to get fitted with new lenses. When I called and explained the situation their response was to hang up on me. I eventually got a prescription with the PD measurement for an additional $20 fee, and was told that the phone got 'disconnected' and that I had been screaming at them.
