I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dermatologist. Their lack of competence and disregard for patient care were evident from the very beginning. It became clear that they do not prioritize their clients' concerns, offering dismissive responses and showing little to no interest in addressing concerns thoroughly.To make matters worse, their billing department was completely unhelpful when I encountered an issue with on my insurance claim. Instead of assisting me in resolving the matter, they simply told me, 'It's out of our hands,' and denied me the medical care I needed. After 9 calls to them, I was told they were working on the issue with insurance and instead, they sent the claim to collections, because im sure that's the easiest way to rob someone. This level of indifference is unacceptable and highlights their lack of commitment to patient support and advocacy. The staff seemed indifferent, and follow-up communication was nearly nonexistent.
