Bad experience office with office manager

After 8 years of working with Dr Witlin, and cataract surgery, I went to see the Dr. the office manager wanted me to see a different doctor and refused me a visit with the surgeon. Really not a nice visit now I will see another doctor.

poor patient care

Saw my surgeon for a few minutes at my pre op visit. Did not see hime the day of either of my surgeries. For all I know he did not perform my cataract surgeries.D id not see hime at my many post op visit. Did not eat the day of my surgeries yet after the surgery not even juice or a cookie was offered to me
