Took more than 1 hour to be triaged. Meanwhile waiting room not crowded by VERY noisy. There was a baby who screamed non-stop for hours.A guy behind us was curled up on the floor with a blanket over his head making loud 'moaning and groaning' noises. Since he had been escorted out of the building previously, I notified the fron desk that he was back. The response from the gal was 'Mind your own business.' So I told security who responded 'Go sit down. Go sit down. Go sit down.'I then asked the front desk gal if she'd take down my cell number so that I could wait outside in my car. She said that was not part of her job. It was the 'other gal's' duty. But the 'other gal' had been absent from the front desk for over an hour. So much for that.At 4am we had been there for three hours with no indication of when my wife might get a bed. Disgusted, we got up and left. Needless to say we will be AVOIDING this facility at all costs in the future.
