Worse customer service
The doctor is actually pretty good, however the front desk is the worse. My sister and mother got referred to this doctor and one of the girls was ok but the rest I had to deal with are the worse. Front desk is what makes your experience in the medical practice and if people don’t have the patients to deal with people. Please, look for a job in a different field. When someone calls the office for help, it’s the worse if someone talks to you like you are an inconvenience.
