Conni in ultrasound was extremely unprofessional and had absolutely terrible bedside manner. She wasted a great deal of time openly trying to diagnose me with some rare condition, which she said she had only ever seen twice and which was not pertinent to what I was there for. This condition would need a CT to diagnose, not an ultrasound. She was googling things on her phone as a reference and talking about it in front of me. Normally, this would have scared me because I have anxiety about my health, but she was not credible enough to even take it seriously. As a person in healthcare myself, I know how important bedside manner is, and I could not believe her behavior as a service provider.
