highly disappointed !!

My husband has been a pt of Ne Pain for sometime- Now that they are 'bigger and better' they are not! Yes he had to miss some appt's due to having the FLU-we Called to reschedule!! (thinking about it now-we should of gone and made the entire staff sick- I really don't care anymore! Since he has missed 2 appt's office employee's I guess will not get a message to his MD that he is completely out of his pain med's that the have given him to depend on so no he is in horrible pain!! People that answer the phone are not MD's !! I guess not matter hoe great the MD is we will have to re-think our choice of doctors due to his choices of office staff's!! Think twice before this office!!
