Rude. Unprofessional. Inconsistent. Lack any and all customer service skills. Scheduling is nightmare. No one ever knows what is going on and then they blame the patient/customer. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere where patients are truly valued. That's just the front desk experience. Let's talk about the experience in the actual dental room. Bags of trash on the floor, food take-out containers with half eaten food on the counters. Really?!?! How is this okay? A dentist office should be one of the cleanest places. Again, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. . . where it's clean.
