Avoid
I have yet to have an appointment that takes less than an hour.My most recent I had to walk away as i only alloted 2 hours. At that point before my departure, i had waited 30 minutes to pay my copay, 35 minutes to get my eyes tested (2 minutes of testing) and an hour waiting to get to see the doctor. Before walking away, i asked the desk about how long it could be and they said there was one person ahead of me so could be another 45-60 minutes. I have no idea on how i had someone ahead of me as i was supposed to be his first appointment of the morning.With respect to my other doctor at this location, i have been trying for 10 days to get a return phone call to schedule my surgery. I have left 9 messages with the scheduler, the doctor's nurse, the surgery scheduling desk and the schedulers supervisor. I have received exactly zero return calls. This epitomizes CE and their helpfulness.
