Leaving this practice
The nurse that works there (Kelly) does NOT listen. She talks over you, talks fast, is demanding, and is not very accommodating at all. She also threatened to call me every couple of days until I completed certain follow-up tests. That isn't her place. The doctors are not available for urgent visits, thus causing extra cost to go to urgent care. Overall, the doctors are great but the nurses made the experience miserable for a parent and stressed my kid out in the process. I asked specifically for the nurse NOT to discuss the vaccines that my son was getting because he gets extremely anxious and starts hyperventilating. She didn't seem to care and kept mentioning that he was there for vaccines.
