Horrible Customer Service from a Brand new Office!
Horrible customer service by a lady named Suzanne! I had an appointment there for my son today and they could not figure out his insurance. She was SUPER rude! She said I did not respond to which I did as posted below! Her words 'DO NOT GET NASTY WITH ME' What? BC you did not respond and call the insurance company after my last message! I do not recommend this Dentist! Many other out there willing to help and not be RUDE to clients, especially to new patients that want to support a new community Business!
