This place is a joke

Horrible customer service canceled my 80 year old grandmothers cataract surgery day before it was planned and dismissed her from the practice for NO REASON AT ALL. She has been going there to see dr shepherd for 36 years. I will stop at nothing to make sure they are held accountable for what they have done
