Missed appointments
Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you. I’ve been with Dr. Ross for 10 years, she is the best. My appointment was made 6 months out and I’ve always gotten a reminder. Apparently for some reason the reminder was sent to my work phone. Normally it was sent to my cell phone. Consequently I missed my appointment. When I received a $50 bill in the mail, I called the office to explain and reschedule. The gal was very rude and explained she could not adjust the charge and until I paid I could not make an appointment. Pay attention to peoples reaction, it is a reflection of their interest in you.

Dr. Chmelewski and all staff members I have met are personable and highly competent. The office overall has a very friendly atmosphere. Appointment times are met. I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes at most.
