Not capable of providing care
Please don’t use for Telehealth. My main provider went on maternity leave, no backup was identified, all other provider didn’t respond to requests for appointment. Was told multiple times by admin that refill for prescription would be issued by end of day, but provider completely ignored requests. In all 2 prescription refill requests and 3 appoint requests were ignored with no response. Now have to deal with going cold turkey off meds and finding a new psych at the same time. Should lose their license.
