Avance Care Midtown Raleigh

Unfortunately, this office (and Avance is general, I'm finding) is pretty difficult to deal with. Getting someone knowledgable on the phone is a challenge. Requesting refills (of my very common prescription) is almost impossible. I'm going on a week without my meds and all they can tell me is 'We can't find the medical assistant who manages your meds, but we're working on it'.I very rarely leave negative reviews for anything. I assume the employee or business might have just been having an off day, and that's alright. This is a pattern of behavior observed over a period of time though. I'm leaving a negative review this time because I feel I have a responsibility to warn potential future patients. It would be irresponsible and potentially dangerous to put you and your family's health in the hands of this company, especially since there are so many other options in the area.
