Have seen them for years. Last visit on December 1st, the assistant told me that my procedure would be either the 23rd or 30th of December so we scheduled our lives accordingly. She told me I would receive a call in about a week. Almost 2 weeks later I called them and had to leave a message. Finally got a call back and was told that my procedure hadn't even been scheduled but I could schedule it then. WHAT??? Don't tell me something that you can't fulfill. As much as I like Dr. Bradley, I will be going elsewhere since his staff doesn't seem to know what's up.
