Sent my husbands biopsy to out of network provider. WE got stuck with bill for over 2,000.00 No way to resolve it. Have tried several times. They won't admit their mistake, or try to help fix it

Communication
They offer no option to send a message or communicate with them outside of normal business hours. No option, either via online MyChart or by phone voicemail. I think that is totally unacceptable!

Not a pleasant experience at all.
The urologist that provided care including two surgeries was totally unable to appropriately communicate with any empathy and was only interested in his own self interests. I had to arrange follow up care with another urologist at a totally different practice. My experience left me Emotionally and physically exhausted continuing to this day four months later.
