Urology Specialists/Carolinas

I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday, but something came up on Wednesday so I need to reschedule. I started calling at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Called several times and waited between 15-25 minutes each time, while trying to work. I canceled by text when they sent a reminder notification, then they said I may receive a late cancellation fee, which is ridiculous since it's their fault I can't cancel. There is no answering service nor a way to reach them by email. I need to see a urologist but I will have to make an appointment elsewhere. *Also, I never received the email I was promised when the appointment was initially made.

My husband was referred to the Pineville office after his visit to the emergency room. I tried calling the office to make his follow-up appointment on a Tuesday at 2 pm. The phone lines stated that there was a 60 plus minute wait time. So I waited like any normal wife would do for her husband. The recording went on and on and on and to my dismay I was on hold until 5:00. So the 60 minute wait time truly was incorrect. At the 5:00 hour I was throwing into a voicemail so I left a message and was expecting to call the next day and no one called back. So I tried calling the office the next day myself and again I received this same message a 60 minute wait time. So I went on the internet and found another location and called them. Was relieved when they actually answered the phone and was begging them to make an appointment for me at the Pineville branch. She (the operator) could not do that but saw that Heather Matthews the branch manager was available and would transfer me to her
