No BILL EVER SENT! Sent me to a collection agency
I never received a bill from this company. I happened to look at my credit report and saw a collection that I was never notified about. I called the agency, and they told me it was a bill from EMP. EMP never sent me a bill for the service, and I have no way to confirm that it's even my bill. The collection agency has little information and is demanding payment. It's been almost 6 years since the alleged date of service, and I can't get any information, and it's only shown up on my credit report in the last 3 months. Something is very wrong here.

No Bill EVER SENT
They NEVER sent me a bill. They sent it straight to collections. I did not realize I had a bill until it showed up on my credit. Never even sent anything to my insurance company either and I have insurance through their employeer.

No bill sent
They don't send bills out. They send accounts straight to a collection agency. I cannot pay a bill I know nothing about! Unfair business practices. This has happened to me twice. EMP of Mecklenburg County is marring my credit score.

EMP of Mecklenburg did not provide requested documentation to my insurance company which resulted in a claim for more than $1,400 being denied. EMP of Mecklenburg does not answer it telephones during business hours.
