Had a great first appointment experience! Registration was easy, the exam was detailed and Dr Jouber took his time to go over everything to make sure I could make the best decisions on my treatment. They offer modern technologies for dental cleaning that feel like a spa experience. Highly recommend this office

Moved back to the Charlotte area in 2019 and needed to find a new dentist for a 6-month checkup and cleaning. Arboretum Dentistry was close to my home and was told by the receptionist, they accept my insurance. A few months later, I received a $2k bill for my wife, adult son, and myself. I asked Arboretum Dentistry to separate the bill and they refused. Now my account is in collections because Arboretum Dentistry is stating that I am responsible for the entire bill. This saga has been going on for over a year and to date, Arboretum dentistry has not disclosed why they will not separate the bills and why they proceeded to provide treatment for my wife and son knowing full well their insurance was out of network. I suspect others have had similar experiences and Arboretum dentistry should be held accountable for going out of their way to deceive their patients for a quick buck.
