Dr. John Lang and his staff are wonderful !
I am so glad I found this practice because they really listen to my concerns. Then they address those concerns in a very compassion and caring way. You never feel rushed. They explain your treatment plan and really make sure all your questions have been answered and that you understand. As an 80 year old female, I feel that this is a first for me in Asheville. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff at the office is great. The billing/insurance department is incompetent and unresponsive. They have submitted incorrect information so the claim is being processed as out of network and they refuse to help fix that (that is, when I am able to get someone to take my call). Unfortunately we will probably have to find another practice because even though the care is good I can't afford the time or money it is taking to try to fix their billing mistakes
