I had surgery with Dr Martin for a bladder tumor. She never scheduled a follow up appointment to let me know the results. Took me 3 phone calls to get an appointment 2 and 1/2 weeks later. Called twice to see if I was cleared for exercise. None of my messages have ever been returned. Went to the follow up appointment and the doctor was not even there. The nurse told me I had to drive to the other clinic half an hour away in a snow storm to try to see the doctor to get the results. This clinic is a giant black hole. No communication and no follow up.

They don't bother calling you back, they never bothered calling me about my lab results even though I called them daily asking for them, they always told me they would call me back about them but never did. Takes at least an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen.
