Signed up for med treatment and given price per month for two meds. Received one, but after asking multiple times over weeks, never got the second. A couple weeks into starting, I had to stop the one med because I developed a heart problem and had to diagnose the cause (possibly from med). I had almost full bottle of one med, still no second med. Couple months later I restart and was re-charged full amount. When I said I shouldn’t be charged, I had the original bottle and never received the second med, they didn’t care. They wanted me to pay twice for the same amount of med and still not get me the second med. Wanted to justify it as getting “all services, including available nurse,” but if I have to see the nurse, I’m charged for a visit! Turns out the same meds through other providers is less than half of what they are charging, and paid on the med not the month. A lot of money, I have 3 weeks of med that is useless without the second med they won’t give me without paying- AGAIN!
