Was assigned to 'specialist' Purcell, who at the appointment advised he is a Nurse Practitioner, and couldn't describe the difference between gal and kidney stones, of which he was advertised as a specialist. He decided his diagnosis before even entering the room and then misquoted and left out symptoms on the report, which can trigger insurance issues. He also failed to advise findings on the scans as 'We were just looking for kidney stones.' What was neglected was an umbilical hernia, which is very serious and potentially life threatening. Will not be returning or recommending them as his lack of knowledge and care is alarming. If you cannot speak for the other providers in the clinic, but if the receptionist doesn't know what a specialist is then I can't trust their recommendations for an alternative provider in their office either. Very concerning.
